Statement of Qualifications for Wrenfield County

On-call civil engineering services, RFQ-PW-2027-014

Fictional SOQ prepared in response to a mock RFQ. All firms, agencies, and people are fictional.

A statement of qualifications for Corwell & Tanner Engineers, Inc., written to a strict six-page limit, a required section order, and four pass/fail compliance items. I wrote it, designed it in Adobe InDesign, and built a compliance matrix to check every requirement before submittal.

Snipping Tool Quick Reference Guide

An eight-page guide to Microsoft Snipping Tool for Windows 10, written for non-technical users. It explains every button before and after a snip with an annotated screenshot, walks through opening the tool and taking a screenshot in numbered steps, and ends with a keyboard shortcut table.

About

I write and design proposals for government contracts, from RFP analysis through final submission, and before that I spent two years as a technical writer turning software features into step-by-step guides. I also run paid recruitment campaigns and build landing pages, and I hold an MBA and an MA in Communication.
